Dee’s Low Fat Healthy Pizza – evening snack

This really is so easy. Take 2 Tortilla wraps and “stick” together with some tomato puree. On top spread more tomato puree with the back of a spoon, add some sliced low-fat mozzarella cheese, some chopped up sun-dried tomatoes, some shallots or thinly sliced onion, sprinkle of sweetcorn and some fresh rocket leaves (rocket is really easy to grow in a pot in a balcony or garden). A tasty, healthy evening snack without the calories or fat (use a gluten-free wrap or vegan cheese for special diets)
