Nutritional Analysis for Dee’s Healthy Eating on a Budget Plan.

I have made some minor changes to the original plan as it was lacking in Vitamin E, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D.

I have added in Smoked Salmon which is rich in vitamin B12, Sunflower seeds and Spinach which are rich in Vitamin E (frozen is ok Vit E is not fully destroyed by freezing). And increased tuna intake for Vitamin D.VEGANS you will need to take a Vitamin B12 supplement. Tempeh, miso, sea vegetables, and other plant foods are sometimes reported to contain vitamin B12. These products, are not reliable natural sources of the vitamin and little in the way of human studies have been done to see how bioavailable the vitamins are.

Also watch your vitamin D intake and try to get 10 mins of sunlight a day (difficult in this climate!) and your omega oils (linseeds, hempseeds, walnuts)
